Workflow Automation

The 3-Step Framework We Use to Automate Any Back-Office Process

Every automation project we run follows the same three-step framework, regardless of whether we’re building an A/R system, a chatbot, or a lead routing pipeline.

1. Audit

Before we build anything, we map your current process end to end. We’re looking for repeatable, rules-based work that’s currently being done by a person, especially work that depends on someone remembering to do it, or copying data between two systems that don’t talk to each other.

2. Build

Once we know exactly where the friction is, we design the automation around your existing tools. We don’t ask you to rip out your stack and adopt new software. The system connects what you already use.

3. Deploy & Monitor

We roll the system out gradually, with monitoring in place so we catch issues before they become problems. Automation isn’t “set and forget” — we check in on performance and adjust as your tools, team, or process change.

This framework is why our systems keep working months after launch, instead of quietly breaking the first time something upstream changes.
